HEY JEFF,

KEEP THE TUNERS AND ANY OTHER KNUCKLEHEADS THAT FEEL THE URGE TO ACT LIKE THE CORRECT DESCRIPTION OF "MORON" OFF THE PREMISES. THESE DOPES RUIN EVERY CRUISE SPOT THAT COMES AVAIABLE. WE USED TO GATHER AT THE FULLERTON K-MART WHICH WAS A GREAT VENUE FOR THE CAR CROWD. THAT WAS RUINED DUE TO A SELECT FEW THAT FELT THE URGE TO MAKE NOISE LATE AT NIGHT WITH BURNOUTS, ETC. IN THE CLOSE VACINITY OF THE ADJOINING HOMES. NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE ME THAT SOME DOPES FEEL THE URGE TO SHOW OFF WHEN NO ONE IS IMPRESSED! ANYWAY, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate what you are getting at becauase the LAST thing I want is to lose the awesome Cruise, however, not all "Tuners" are young punks. I know a few guys with really nice and fast Hondas who enjoy the scene as much as you and I do. Just because someone is driving a Civic, doesn't mean he's one of the people you are referring to. Now if he comes in with a 10 ft. tall wing and body kit mangled and falling off, tell him to park it in the general lot, I have no problem with that. I would just hate to see the guy with his heart and soul poured into a 11 second, turbo, Civic hatchback get turned away.

I only defend them because I'm also a non-traditional cruiser. We may not all have the same taste in vehicles, but we all enjoy cruising, right?

Yep, we all like cruising, and we like the fact that we've had this venue 2+ years without getting kicked out! Smile

Nothing personal, but we're going to do what it takes to protect Lowes and protect our cruise venue. The alternative is NO cruise venue, and I'm sure none of us want that.

I agree whole heartedly, I just hate to see some good guys get lumped in with the kids who think that their stock Hondas are race cars. Don't get me wrong, there are a whole lot more kids with "Rice Burners" than there are with nicely modified import cars.

So yes, lets protect the cruise by any means necessary, but please be open to respectful, "non-traditional cruisers" such as myself. You've already checked out my "Who are you and what do you drive" thread... so you can see that I take this lifestyle/hobby/scene seriously!

Thanks,
- Matt

I agree that most of the tuner crowd does end up getting everyone in trouble. I do however have a friend who was at the show this past friday with a yellow integra who is very respectful and is into the car hobby just as much as i am. He's put alot of work into the little car and it makes a little over 550 wheel hp.
